Applicants are required to complete and print online application forms as well as to print the Acknowledge Slip and Receipt after making payment.

PASSPORT FEES SCHEDULE

AGES 0 YEARS – 17 YEARS ($77)

AGES 18 YEARS – 59 YEARS ($106)

AGES 60YEARS AND ABOVE ($77)

Applicant(s) may choose to pay the above fee either with a credit card or money order.

If the latter is chosen, please issue a money order (post office money order most preferred) in favor of INNOVATE.

APPLICANTS WISHING TO PAY PASSPORT FEE WITH MONEY ORDER ARE ADVISED TO PURCHASE POST-OFFICE MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO INNOVATE 1 SERVICE.

Please note that Administrative Charges of $30 is payable by all applicants with a debit card at the Embassy.
